Nordschleife 24 hour Race To Be Held On Assetto Corsa Competizone

With the Nurburgring now available in Assetto Corsa Competizione, publisher 505 Games is celebrating the occasion with a special 24-hour race of the Nordschleife. Players can tackle the North Loop this weekend to mark the arrival of Assetto Corsa Competizione’s newest circuit.

Assetto Corsa Competizione publisher 505 Games is collaborating with Low Fuel Motorsport to host a 24-hour race around the Nordschleife. The iconic circuit has been recently added to the game's extensive track list as part of the Nurburgring 24hr Pack DLC, with the event being held to mark the occasion.

The GT3, GT4, and Porsche Cup Class will all be represented in the race. Three car classes taking on the legendary Green Hell will definitely make for an exciting race for all participants.

From the tricky Carousel, to the gravity-defying Flugplatz, there are plenty of noteworthy sections of track where a large grid racing will provide the entertainment. So with that in mind, who will be forming the 24-hour grid, and when will the race be taking place?

Enduring the Nordschleife

The 24-hour Nordschleife race starts on Saturday 6 April at 12 pm GMT (1 pm BST/2 pm CET/8 am ET/5 am PST). The race is open to the public, with any player with the correct licence requirements able to enter.

At the time of writing, the licence restrictions are yet to be revealed. More information will be announced when entries open this evening at 5 pm BST (6 pm CET/12 pm ET/9 am PST). Any player interested in entering can do so via Low Fuel Motorsport’s website.

Alongside the public event, there will also be an invitation-only race held for esports teams, content creators, and Low Fuel Motorsport patreons. Fans therefore have not one, but two exhilarating races to watch.

Anyone wishing to watch the invitational race unfold can do so on either the Assetto Corsa YouTube channel or via the Low Fuel Motorsport Twitch channel. With so many racers competing, this promises to be a true showcase of motorsport on one of the world’s most infamous circuits.
