The CarX Street release date has changed multiple times, but we know this one will be worth the wait.
CarX Technologies originally stated that their open-world racing game CarX Street would be released in November 2021. However, since then, the game has been delayed several times and currently has no full release date for PC.
However, there is now an early access date on Steam for it to be available to the general public. So, when will this be? We've got everything you need to know right here!
Latest News - CarX Street PC early access confirmed
CarX Technologies' latest Tweet revealed a lot of new details regarding its PC release. While we don't have an official full release date, we do know that the early access version on Steam will be available before the end of 2024.

There are still some closed beta tests to go, but early access could be available as soon as the summer.
CarX Street out on iOS & Android
Ahead of the game's PC release date, CarX Street has made its way to iOS and Android devices. That means that if you own an iPhone, iPad or powerful Android phone like a Samsung Galaxy, you can play CarX Street for free right now!
Some gameplay videos have made their way online already and the title looks impressive for a mobile game.
Will CarX Street launch as planned?
A delay of over a year may seem like a long time, but this isn't unheard of. It's not without good reason either, as CarX Tech wants a complete game to hit the market rather than one that's playable and will be fixed via patches later on.
This will give the developers almost a year to make Sunset City a perfect sandbox to explore.
It will also allow for improvements to the physics model and allow for the polishing of more unique systems like the game's real estate options.
Which consoles is CarX Street available on?
CarX Tech had previously released both CarX Drift Racing Online and its sequel on mobile first. The developers didn't change their tactics for CarX Street though, as it's already out on iOS & Android mobile devices.
PC gamers will also be getting CarX Street available on their systems later this year as well.
That doesn't mean to say that a home console port won't come about at some point, though. In fact, it's likely given how much success the first CarX Drift game has had on PlayStation and Xbox.
Where can I buy CarX Street?
CarX Street is available on release on PC solely through the Steam store. iOS has CarX Street available via the App Store and Android via the Play Store. All of these versions are expected to be free to get.
CarX Tech regularly post to the game's blog, so when updates do happen, they let you know there. It's possible that CarX Street could come to other consoles later on, but this isn't confirmed as of now.
Release date
CarX Street is currently listed as "coming soon" on Steam, and the full version of the game could launch before the end of the year. The iOS and Android versions are available now via the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
If CarX Street does make its way onto PS5 and Xbox Series X | S, that will more than likely be in 2025 at the earliest.
