AS GOOD AS THE REAL THING: MotoGP 21's Managerial Career will take you a step closer to reality

The most rewarding type of Career Mode playthrough in the MotoGP games is to start at the very bottom of Moto3 and work yourself up to the become champion in MotoGP.

As good as that has been to carry out as a driver, you will now be able to do so as a team boss, just like in F1 2020's My Team mode.

Hiring and firing

A key part of your rise through the two-wheeled formulae will be ensuring you have the right staff onboard and in the right places.

While you chose some staff members within your team in MotoGP 20, the level of control you have in MotoGP 21 is a step above.

Data Analyst: In charge of finding the perfect balance for each development area to progress, in order to make all the staff effective and dynamic.

Team Manager: They will look for new sponsorship and riders.

Technical Director: who manages the Research and Development department for junior bikes.

Lastly, but most importantly, you'll have to hire the best riders you can to ensure you get the results you want out on track.

When it comes to R&D, you'll be able to set the direction you want to go down to improve your bike.

You can improve the Engine Power, Aerodynamics and Frame of the bike. Most importantly though, you can also improve the electronic aids such as Traction Control, Brake, Anti Wheelie and Power Mapping.
