Assetto Corsa Evo is the next generation of the Assetto Corsa series. The sequel to the original Assetto Corsa, the game is set to take sim racing to a whole new level.

With the game's Steam page now live, players have been able to start exploring the features coming to the game when it eventually launches. VR and triple-monitor support have both been mentioned, creating a truly immersive experience.

This does mean players will need a powerful PC in order to handle a race in the new track sim. Both the minimum and recommended system requirements have been announced, so let's take a look at what you'll need to run the game.

Recommended specs

The above specifications will run Assetto Corsa, but it won't be the smoothest race. To run the game at its full potential with the stunning cars and tracks included will require a much more powerful setup.

Release date

At the time of writing, an official release date for Assetto Corsa Evo is yet to be revealed. The game's Steam page does confirm a 2024 launch, but beyond that fans are left in the dark.

The originally rumored release window saw the game launch in either June or July 2024. With June almost over, it seems highly unlikely that we're less than a month from the launch of the game.
