We've got everything you need to know about EA Sports WRC on EA Play right here!
What is EA Play?
EA Play has been out for a surprisingly long time, originally launching on Xbox in 2014. The system expanded to PlayStation in 2019 and entered the PC market in 2020.
EA Play is a cloud gaming service similar to those that we see on Xbox in the form of Game Pass and PlayStation Plus. EA Play operates on a subscription basis and costs £3.99 per month or £19.99 per year in the UK.
For that fee, you get free trials on EA video games and exclusive content, including early access to some titles.
EA is one of the biggest video game developers in the world and in addition to EA Sports WRC, they also make EA Sports FC, Need for Speed and the official Formula 1 game.
Is EA Sports WRC on EA Play?
To answer the original question, EA Sports WRC is available on EA Play. EA Play subscribers don't even have to buy the game to play it, as a five-hour trial is available for no extra charge.
EA Play subscribers also get a 10% discount on EA Sports WRC pre-orders. On PlayStation and Xbox, that means the game goes down from £44.99 to £40.49 in the UK.
EA Play subscribers also get exclusive access to in-game "Moments" challenges when loading the game. Lastly, EA Play members get three team livery and apparel packs that are exclusive to the service.
