DIRT 5 has been with us for a while, and we are still absolutely loving it!
Thankfully, the latest 2.00 update for the game will add wheel support to all versions.
Let's take a look at each platform and the wheels they can use now!
Sony
When referring to Sony, this includes both the last-gen PS4 and next-gen PS5... Well, current-gen?
For Logitech, players will be able to use the new G923 and G29. This will come as a relief to G29 owners worldwide!
With Thrustmaster, the same applies. Modern devices like the T150, T500, T80, T300RS and T-GT are all supported.
Unfortunately, Fanatec devices are not yet supported, but hopefully will be soon.
Xbox
Xbox will, like the PS4/PS5, support all the modern wheels. This includes the Logitech G923 and G920.
Thrustmaster is the same as PS4/PS5 as well, but with the addition of the Ferrari 458 Spider Racing, TMX and TS-XW.
Fanatec wheels are available on Xbox, including the CSL Elite Wheel Base, ClubSport Wheel Base V2/2.5 and Podium Wheel Base DD1/2.
PC
For PC, every single one of the aforementioned wheels will be useable.
However, it is still important to test your wheel with the game to check if it is compatible.
The update also adds more customisation for Advanced Settings:
- Steering linearity
- Deadzone for steering
- Steering saturation
- Throttle deadzone
