November 9th will see the full release of Forza Horizon 5 but let's first have a good look at the map. Read on to see the Mexico we'll all be driving through very soon!
The Mexico map of Forza Horizon 5
After weeks of speculation, Mike Brown and the Playground Games team have revealed the full extent of the world of the next Forza Horizon game.
Here is the complete map, shown in Summer which will also be known as the Wet Season:
We expect Spring to be known as the Hot Season, Autumn to be the Stormy Season, and Winter to be the Dry Season.
The Horizon 5 map is 50% larger than the Great Britain of Forza Horizon 4 and features eleven rich biomes.
Horizon Festivals
As we expected, Horizon 5 will feature six separate festivals, each focused on a specific aspect of racing in Forza Horizon. We saw the Wilds festival which is focused on dirt racing.
We also saw the Mulegé Town Scramble race around the town on the river. This is a twisty circuit, mostly on dirt but with some tarmac elements. We're told there's a player house located nearby.
The world of Mexico
Forza Horizon 5 will feature a rich array of locations, with the volcano as the centrepiece. We're particularly excited to see the twisty dirt road up the west side of the ascent and the equivalent tarmac road on the east side - these will be similar to the Needle Climb drift zone of Fortune Island.

We're also excited to hear that there will again be a railway in the Horizon 5 world. This time it will weave through the canyon along the north of the map. We can also see the full extent of the Highway. This will likely be a popular area for meeting and cruising in freeroam!
