With the Donut Media Series ending, Christmas is coming to Forza Horizon 5 with the Horizon Holidays Series next week.
Unveiled in December’s Forza Monthly stream, the Christmas-themed Series brings new reward cars, a new and improved Horizon Secret Santa event, and the return of a fan-favourite location.
Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Holidays Series update
Starting next week on 8 December, the Horizon Holidays Series brings back the fan-favourite Ice Rink Stadium introduced in Forza Horizon 5 last December. Like last year, snowmen will also be scattered around the map to find and collect.
Mexico is also transformed for the holiday season, decorated with Christmas trees, lights and candy canes, as well as Snowman collectibles.
In response to fan feedback, Photo Challenges will be more difficult than usual as you’ll need to find and photograph hidden snowmen at Player Houses in each location to complete them.
Secret Santa is also back, allowing you to send players gifts via the Forzathon Shop or Gift Drop. Only one car from the Forzathon Shop can be gifted per week, but you can gift as many cars as you like through Gift Drops.
When enough gifts are sent globally, all players will receive free rewards including a Holiday Tree Outfit for player avatars and the 2020 Lamborghini Sian Roadster.
Since Forza Horizon 5 launched one year ago in October 2021, Playground Games have added 137 cars in post-release updates. But they aren’t done yet.
New to Forza is the radical-looking Cupra UrbanRebel concept racer coming next month.
Previewing the design language of Cupra’s future urban electric car launching in 2025, you can get the Cupra UrbanRebel concept as a free gift car in the Message Centre on 8 December.
