Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Holidays Summer: Festival Playlist, reward cars, Photo Challenge, Forzathon & more

A new series is here and Playground Games is celebrating the festive period: Welcome to Forza Horizon 5 Horizon Holidays Summer!

These Horizon Holidays are full of gifts for players, but you do have to earn them.

So let's see what Playground Games have in store for us this week!

Horizon Holidays Summer

The new series kicks off today at 2:30pm GMT / 9:30am ET and starts with the Summer season which will run for a week.

As always there are two Series Progress reward cars you can earn in the new Series. These are the #22 Extreme E (80 points) and Ferrari California T (160 points).

There are also extra gifts if the player base exchange enough gifts. We can all get a Christmas Tree outfit and a new car. Playground Games hasn't revealed the car, but the silhouette looks a lot like the Lamborghini Sian Roadster!

But what about this week?

Reward cars

Summer's reward cars are pretty great.

The Season Progress cars are the AMC Javelin (20 points) and the BMW E92 M3 GTS (40 points).

You can also get the BMW M3 '91 for completing The Trial. The Jaguar F-Type, TVR Griffith, and Audi RS 4 '13 are Seasonal Championship rewards. You can also grab the Porsche 944 for the Hot Wheels Events Seasonal Championship.

There are also three Super Wheelspins up for grabs, with a fourth found in the Hot Wheels Events.

Treasure Hunt

This week we have a Driving Season Treasure Hunt to complete!

The clue is a bit obscure, but we will have a guide out as soon as the new season is live to help you find the treasure and claim three points toward your Series rewards.

Photo Challenge

This week's Photo Challenge is #HideAndSeek. Players are asked to snap the Snowman at the Casa Bella Player House.

This will give you two points toward the Series rewards.
