Forza Horizon 5 Series 1 Spring: find the treasure chest location!

Looking to earn the Toyota Trueno this week? Keen to pick up the Raesr Tachyon Speed? You'll need to complete the treasure hunt and get those valuable playlist points! Now that the Spring playlist is active, here's where we found the treasure chest.

Treasure chests in Forza Horizon 5

We first saw the Treasure Hunt in the Fortune Island DLC for Forza Horizon 4. Completing challenges hinted at with a series of clues gave us treasure chests full of credits! They were worth a million apiece in Fortune Island, but they're filled with a lot less in the new game. But they do contribute towards your seasonal rewards, which makes them well worth getting.

A treasure chest in Forza Horizon 5

The clue this week is again pretty straightforward. They were a little less obvious in the Forza Horizon 4 expansion, and we expect they will be more challenging and interesting going forwards! For now, we'll just take what we're given and get on with the hunt. You'll need to earn 10 stars in total from any PR stunts in any Ford Mustang. I used the Barn Find one, but there are a couple to choose from.

The treasure chest location

Once you've earned your 10 stars from any PR stunts in a Ford Mustang, you'll need to find the treasure chest! It's a bit less easy to spot this week than the last treasure hunt, but we've got you covered. Here it is:

If you're struggling to get to ten stars in your Mustang, the quickest way is probably to pick one of the Highway speed traps and just head through that in each direction a few times. You'll probably only score one or two stars each run, but given that speed traps work in both directions, it'll be a matter of a minute or two before you've unlocked the treasure chest.
