Forza Horizon 5 Summer Party Summer: Festival Playlist, reward cars, Photo Challenge, Treasure Hunt

A new Forza Horizon 5 series is here, with Summer Party bringing a slew of new cars plus the Icons of Speed Horizon Story with a bonus reward. The Summer Festival Playlist has dropped, and with it comes a shiny new set of cars to win and weekly challenges to complete.

Forza Horizon 5 Summer Party Summer

Summer in Forza Horizon 5 Summer Party kicks off on Thursday 20 July at 3:30pm BST / 10:30am ET.

As always, the Summer season ends on Thursday 27 July 3:30pm BST / 10:30am ET. That gives you seven days to complete the challenges and win as many Forza Points as possible to go towards the Ford Mustang DD (80 points) and Dodge Super Bee (160 points).

Across four weeks, Summer Party adds six new cars. These are the 2022 Toyota GR86, 2018 DeBerti Ford Mustang GT, 1973 Ford XB Falcon GT, 1970 Hot Wheels Pontiac Firebird Trans Am Custom, and 1973 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am SD-455.

You can also win the extreme 2019 Hennessey Camaro Exorcist by completing the new Icons of Speed Horizon Story.

Rewards

This weekā€™s Season Progress cars are the Ford XB Falcon (20 points) better known as Mad Max's formidable V8 Interceptor and McLaren 765LT (40 points). But these arenā€™t the only cars you can win this week.

Completing The Trial wins you the 2014 Volkswagen Golf R hot hatch, while the Event Lab event earns you the BMW M1.

Conquering the Seasonal Championships also unlocks the 1969 Chevrolet Camaro and 1971 Lotus Elan. Donā€™t forget you can also unlock the 2019 Hennessey Camaro Exorcist if you complete all eight chapters of the Icons of Speed Horizon Story.

Alongside a few Super Wheelspins, you can also get the Clock Tower Car Horn in the Horizon Open event.

Expansion rewards

Thereā€™s a bonus prize car up for grabs in the Hot Wheels Expansion. Complete the Seasonal Championship, and the Buick GSX is yours. You can also win a Super Wheelspin in the Speed Trap.

Rally Adventure owners can also get White Skinny Jeans for their player avatar by completing the Seasonal Championship and a Super Wheelspin in the Speed Trap.

Photo Challenge: #HotShot

For this weekā€™s Photo Challenge, you need to take a shot of any Hot Hatch at the Horizon Street Scene Outpost. Your reward for this challenge is a Doodle Pattern Cap for your avatar.

Treasure Hunt: Sting Like a Beetle

Thereā€™s another Treasure Hunt this week. Your clue for the Sting Like a Beetle Treasure Hunt is: ā€œTrade colours as these tiny bugs menace the road.ā€ Track down the hidden treasure hunt to bag 100 Forza Points.
