Gran Turismo 7 is rapidly approaching its third birthday and players are still enjoying it. A new update was confirmed to arrive this week, and Polyphony has now confirmed which cars will be added to the game, including a new Formula 1 car.
Update 1.54 Cars
Thanks to Kaz's usual silhouette tweet, we knew five cars would be entering the game in Update 1.54.
These cars are now confirmed to be the Porsche Mission X (2023) and 911 Turbo S (2020), the Ford Escort RS Cosworth (1992), the Mercedes-Benz W 196 R (1955), and the Suzuki Jimny Sierra JC (2018).
All five cars will enter the game on Thursday, 21 November at around 8am GMT. Players should expect the Jimny, 911 Turbo, and Mission X to be in Brand Central and the W 196 R in Legend Cars. The Escort RS Cosworth could be in either place.
Other Additions
It's not just the cars that are coming to the game.
A new menu book (probably just an Extra Menu Book) and Scapes feature are also coming. There will be new race events, and the addition of the wheel brand Rotiform.
Players are naturally disappointed to not see a new circuit or more event information, but this is the usual formula for Gran Turismo 7.
