Gran Turismo 7’s Spec II update introduced Weekly Challenges to World Circuits this month. These challenges offer high credit rewards, encouraging players to check in every week. Every week brings a new set of five races to tackle with different locations and car class restrictions. Let’s find out what’s in store for players in this week’s GT7 Weekly Challenges.
GT7 Weekly Challenges 16 November
GT7’s Weekly Challenges update at midnight local time on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings depending on your time zone. To access them, you’ll need to have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie.
This week’s GT7 Weekly Challenges start on 16 November at midnight local time and end on 23 November at the same time.
Japanese FF Challenge 450
Tsukuba Circuit – 2 laps
The first challenge is a gentle introduction, with a short two lap race at Tsukuba. A 450 PP rating is suggested but there’s no restriction. That means you can enter any car you like if it’s Japanese and front-wheel drive. Winning this event will net you 7,000 credits.
American Sunday Cup 500
Willow Springs Big Willow – 3 laps
Next we have the American Sunday Cup 500. A three-lap race at Willow Springs with ten cars on the grid, this event pits you against American sports cars, compacts and pickups in the 600 PP class. American road cars up to 600 PP are eligible for this event. Finishing first will win you 15,000 credits.
World Rally Challenge Gr.B
Lake Louise Long Track – 4 laps
The third challenge takes us to the new Lake Louise snow circuit introduced in Spec II for a slippery four-lap race between Gr.B rally cars. You’ll need a Gr.B car equipped with snow tyres for this challenge. This is a lucrative event with 85,000 credits on offer for finishing first place.
Schwarzwald League
Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya GP – 5 laps
Schwarzwald League pits you with Germany’s finest sports cars and GT cars in a five-lap race around Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya. You’ll need a German car up to 700PP for this race, with up to 88,000 credits up for grabs.
World Touring Car 900
Suzuka Circuit – 10 laps
Finally, the World Touring Car 900 is the longest but most lucrative challenge. Any car up to 900 PP is eligible for this ten-lap race at Suzuka Circuit. A whopping 170,000 credits are on offer for winning this event, but you’ll need to have completed Café Menu Book 49 to enter it.
Unlike Forza Horizon 5’s festival playlists, there are no prize cars on offer. Weekly Challenges are an easy way to earn credit bonuses. Completing one event earns you a 100,000 credit ticket while completing three gives you a 150,000 credit ticket. Conquering all five events will reward you with a 500,000 credit ticket.
