It’s week four of Gran Turismo 7’s February Weekly Challenges. This week brings a new one-make Special Event, along with races featuring everything from high-performance Porsches to tiny Japanese Kei cars, with some high credit rewards on offer.
Here’s everything you need to know about week three of Gran Turismo 7’s February Weekly Challenges.
Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges February 2024 Week 4
GT7’s Weekly Challenges update at midnight local time on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings depending on your time zone. You need to have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie to access them.
This week’s GT7 Weekly Challenges start on 22 February at midnight local time and end on 29 February at the same time.
American Sunday Cup 600
Michelin Raceway Road Atlanta - 3 laps
The first challenge is a short two-lap race around Road Atlanta with an eclectic grid of American cars from compacts to pickups. A 600pp cap is recommended but not required, so you can enter any American car you like.
With 40,000 credits on offer for victory, this is a more lucrative introductory Sunday Cup than usual.
Special Event – Tesla Model 3 – One Make
Nurburgring Sprint – 3 laps
The next event is a silent three-lap race at the shorter Nurburgring Sprint Circuit in the electric Tesla Model 3 Performance. This is a one-make race, so you’ll need to buy the Model 3 if you don’t already own it in your collection. You’ll win a respectable 45,000 credits for taking victory in this three-lap race.
Lightweight K-Cup
Autodrome Lago Maggiore – East End Reverse - 7 laps
In a change of pace, the third event puts you behind the wheel of a diminutive Japanese Kei car. Any Kei car can be entered, but you’ll need to fit it with Comfort tyres to be eligible.
There’s also a 400pp limit to keep the competition even. With seven laps at the fictional Autodrome Lago Maggiore, this is a long race with 35,000 credits on offer for first place.
Porsche Cup
Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya GP Layout No Chicane – 5 laps
There’s plenty of variety this week, from underpowered Kei cars to Porsches. As the name suggests, you’ll need a Porsche for this five-lap race at Barcelona but any model 650pp or less qualifies, with 81,000 credits rewarded for finishing first on the podium.
World Touring Car 800
Watkins Glen Long Course – 10 laps
As always, the final race is the most difficult, with a steep 800pp limit. On top of that, you’ll also be faced with 7x fuel usage and 10x tyre wear rates in this tough ten-lap race at Watkins Glen. There’s a lucrative money prize, however, with 200,000 credits on offer for victory.
As for this week’s bonus rewards, there are no roulette tickets this week, with cash prizes on offer instead. You’ll get a 100,000 credit ticket for completing one event, a 200,000 credit ticket for three events, and a 500,000 credit ticket for conquering all five. You only need to finish in third place or higher in each event to qualify too.
As always, there’s also a new set of GT7 Daily Races to tackle this week. Polyphony hasn’t announced if Gran Turismo 7 will get a February update with new cars and events. If a new update is coming next week, we should get a teaser from Kazunori this weekend previewing the new cars.
