As players wait for news on update 1.48, a new selection of Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges is live with five new races to complete for some bonus cash rewards. This week’s challenges range from a Ferrari-focused race to one of the biggest cash prizes in GT7’s single-player campaign.
Here’s what you can expect in week four of Gran Turismo 7’s May Weekly Challenges.
Gran Turismo 7 Weekly Challenges May 2024 Week 4
GT7’s Weekly Challenges update at midnight local time on Wednesday evenings or Thursday mornings depending on your time zone. You must have completed GT Cafe Menu Book 39 and watched the ending movie to access them.
This week’s GT7 Weekly Challenges start on May 24 at midnight local time and end on May 24 at the same time.
Special Event: Renault 4 GTL One-Make
Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya Rallycross Layout – 3 laps
This week’s challenges kick off with a Special Event starring the Renault 4 GTL. While the Renault 4 isn’t renowned for being a rallycross, you’ll be tackling the dirt at Barcelona’s rallycross course, so you’ll need to fit dirt tyres. There are no PP tuning restrictions and a 30,000 credit prize for taking pole position, which is a generous reward for an entry-level event.
Schwarzwald League
Nurburgring Nordschliefe – 1 lap
Next, we’re heading to the Nurburgring Nordschliefe for a one-lap race against 15 opponents around the world-famous Nurburgring Nordschliefe. You’ll need a German car to enter this event rated 700 PP or less, with a 64,000 credit prize for finishing first.
Ferrari Circuit Challenge
Autodrome Lago Maggiore – 5 laps
As the name suggests, the next event at Autodrome Lago Maggiore celebrates the history of Ferrari. Any car produced by the Prancing Horse manufacturer can be entered as long as it doesn’t exceed 700 PP. This is a five-lap race with 105,000 credits for taking the first-place crown.
Historic Sports Car Masters
Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps – 3 laps
The next event features a classic-car theme and is restricted to cars manufactured between 1969 and 1980. Tuning is also limited to 580 PP in this three-lap race at Spa, with a 55,000 credit reward for victory. You’ll need to have started Bonus Menu Book 46 to unlock this event too.
World Touring Car 800
Sardegna – Road Track A - 15 laps
The final race is a demanding one, with 15 laps at Sardegna Road Track A and 8x fuel and 12x tyre wear restrictions, so you’ll need to schedule a pit stop. There is also an 800-PP limit, but there’s a big reward for victory. With up to 485,000 credits on offer, this is one of the most lucrative races in GT7’s single-player campaign.
This week’s completion rewards include a six-star Roulette parts ticket for completing one event, a 200,000 credit ticket for three events, and a six-star Roullette car ticket for completing all five events. Remember, you don’t need to win the events to claim these rewards – you only need to finish in third place or above.
As always, there is also a new set of GT7 Daily Races to tackle.
