GT7 Daily Races 1 January: Made in Japan

The new year is here and with it comes a new set of GT7 Daily Races. 2024 has begun, and while there was no December update for Gran Turismo 7, it should be a big year for the game.

So what is waiting in Sport Mode for players this week? Let's take a look!

Race A

Fuji - 5 laps

The first race takes us to Japan for five laps of the Fuji International Speedway in the Lexus LFA '10. This 12-car field race will use a grid start and everyone will be on the Sports Hard tyres.

There is 1x fuel consumption and 1x tyre wear for this race, so it is a straight sprint.

Each car will use a mid-speed BoP, with no further adjustments allowed. While DR is unaffected by this race, your SR will be impacted by crashes and collisions so keep it clean!

There is light mechanical damage in this race, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.

Race B

Suzuka - 5 laps

We stay in Japan for the next race, which is five laps of the exceptional Suzuka circuit. For this race, everyone will be in Gr.3 cars and on the Racing Hard tyre. There is 1x fuel consumption and 1x tyre wear.

Race C

Barcelona - No Chicane - 11 laps

The final race this week takes us to Spain for 11 laps of the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya on the No Chicane layout.

Everyone will be in Gr.4 cars with the Racing Medium tyre. There is 1x fuel consumption and 4x tyre wear and there is a mandatory pitstop so you will have to decide on a 5-6 or 6-5 strategy for your tyres.
