Monday is here which means a new set of GT7 Daily Races 17 April in Gran Turismo 7. Players this week are heading around the world with two races in Japan and one in the USA.
Sport Mode also has a new Time Trial for players to take on, using the tricky Radical SR3 SL '13 at Dragon Trail Gardens. But for those looking to race rather than hotlap, Sport Mode offers a wonderful selection this week.
Race A
Kyoto - Miyabi - 10 laps
The unranked race this week takes us to the short and fast Miyabi layout of Kyoto Driving Park for races in the NSX Type R '92.
Players will be on the Sports Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear for 10 laps of this track where momentum is key as there are very few braking zones.
Mid-Speed BoP will be used for this race, so there is no need to go hunting for a tune. DR and SR will not be impacted by this race.
There are light shortcut penalties in this race, along with penalties for collisions and normal track limits.
Race B
Suzuka - GP - 5 laps
The first ranked race in Sport Mode this week takes players to Suzuka for 5 laps of Gr.4 racing.
Players will be on the Racing Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear for this one. There is a good mix of Gr.4 cars to use at the moment, with the WRX, GT-R, and Silvia spec-R S15 all being viable options.
SR & DR will be impacted by performance in this race, and a Mid-Speed BoP will be applied to all cars.
There are light shortcut penalties in this race, along with penalties for collisions and normal track limits.
Race C
Road Atlanta - 15 laps
The final race of the week takes us to the excellent Road Atlanta for a 15-lap battle in Gr.3 cars.
The race uses 1x fuel consumption but 6x tyre wear, with a required tyre compound of Racing Hard, but the Racing Medium is also available.
Once again a Mid-Speed BoP will be applied, with the Genesis X GR3 and GT-R NISMO GT3 '18 currently leading the way among Gr.3 cars.
DR & SR will be affected by performance in this race, so don't get too pushy out there.
There are light shortcut penalties in this race, along with penalties for collisions and normal track limits. There is also a penalty for cutting the pit lane line so be sure to stay the correct side on entry and exit.
