A new week has begun, and with it comes a fresh set of Gran Turismo 7 Daily Races.
This week gives us a double dose of Americana before heading over to Japan for a special manufacturer head-to-head battle. There are no special rules or major events this week, it's just classic GT7 Sport Mode racing.
Race A
Colorado Springs - 4 laps
The first race this week takes us off-road to the Colorado Springs track for four laps in the Volvo V40 T5 R-Design '13. This Volvo was introduced to the game at the end of May, but you can rent it for this event if you don't own one yet.
There is no fuel consumption or tyre wear for this race, and each car will need to be on Dirt tyres. The 12-car field will use a grid start to begin this race.
Everyone will use a low-speed BoP for this race, with no further tweaking allowed.
DR is off in this race, but SR is still tracking so if you cause a crash expect your rating to take a hit.
There is light mechanical damage, along with light wall collision penalties, light shortcut penalties, and penalties for collisions with other cars.
Race B
Laguna Seca - 5 laps
Next up we are off to to California for five laps around the iconic Laguna Seca for a tough race in Gr.4 cars.
Everyone will be on the Racing Hard tyre, with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear for the duration of the race. The 16-car field will use a rolling start to begin the race so qualifying is critical here. It's tough to overtake at Laguna Seca so if you want to stand on the podium, get some good qualifying laps in!
Each car will use a low-speed BoP for this race, with brake balance adjustments the only permitted change.
Both DR and SR are on for this race. There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.
Race C
Autopolis - 7 laps
The last race is a Toyota vs Subaru seven-lap special at Autopolis. Players can choose between the Toyota GR86 RZ '21 and the Subaru BRZ S '21 for this race. Both cars will use the Sports Hard tyre, and there is just 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear.
The 16-car field will use a grid start to begin the race.
Both cars will use a mid-speed BoP in this race, with no further changes allowed. As usual, DR and SR are tracking your performance in this race.
There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.
