A new week has started which means Sport Mode is getting a GT7 Daily Races 6 March update.
The new trio of races will see players go to Italy and Brazil for some classic Gran Turismo races. Polyphony isn't breaking the mould here and after using Grand Valley twice last week they are moving away from the latest track in the game.
So what can players expect from the newest set of Sport Mode races in Gran Turismo 7? Let's take a look!
Race A
Monza - 5 laps
The first race of the day is a classic Monza Mayhem race. Players will be in the new Honda TA272 '65 for five laps of the current Monza circuit.
You will be on the Racing Hard tyres with 1x tyre wear and fuel consumption.
A high-speed BoP will be applied and while this race does not impact DR, SR will be affected by performance. That means punts and shunts will hurt your safety rating!
Light mechanical damage is on, as are light shortcut penalties. Penalties for collisions are also on.
Race B
Interlagos - 6 laps
It's another classic race as we head over to Interlagos for six laps of Gr.3 racing.
Once again players will be on the Racing Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear.
A mid-speed BoP is applied to all cars and both DR & SR will be affected by performance.
Light mechanical damage is on, as are light shortcut penalties. Penalties for collisions are also on.
Race C
Lago Maggiore - Full Course - 10 laps
The final race of the week is a ten-lapper around the full Lago Maggiore course
in Gr.4 cars.
Once again players will have to use the Racing Hard tyre but the Racing Medium is also available. Tyre wear is still 1x but fuel consumption is set to 7x so you will need to stop.
Everyone will be using a mid-speed BoP and of course DR and SR are both affected by this race.
Once again there is light mechanical damage, light shortcut penalties, and penalties for collisions. You will also have to be careful about the pitstop as there is a penalty for pit lane line cutting.
