After the success of Update 1.40, Gran Turismo 7 is back with a new set of GT7 Daily Races. This trio of sport mode races will take drivers around the world with three amazing combinations of cars and tracks.
So what's in store this week? Let's take a look!
Race A
Lago Maggiore - West End - 6 laps
The first race of the week takes us around the West End layout of Lago Maggiore in the brand new Tesla Model 3 Performance '23. Added last week, this is a great chance to put the car through its paces.
This race is totally unranked, with DR & SR switched off. There is 1x fuel consumption (or battery consumption!) and tyre wear. The 12-car field will be using a grid start and everyone will be on the Sports Soft tyres.
Everyone will use a mid-speed BoP for this race, with no other adjustments allowed.
There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions.
Race B
Sardegna Road Track - A Reverse - 4 laps
Race B is the first fully ranked race of the week and puts players in Gr.3 cars for four laps around the A Reverse layout of the Sardegna Road Track.
The 16-car field will use a rolling start, so qualifying is important here. There is 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear, and everyone will be on the Racing Hard tyre.
Everyone will be using a high-speed BoP, but brake balance adjustments are permitted.
There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions.
Race C
Suzuka - 12 laps
The final race of the week is a 12-lap Super Formula battle around Suzuka. Both the Toyota & Honda versions of the SF23 are allowed in this race.
The 16-car field will use a grid start, and everyone will be on the Racing Soft tyres. There is 2x fuel consumption and 3x tyre wear. There is a mandatory pitstop for this race so you will need to pit and there is the danger of weather too so have your radar up!
Everyone will be on a mid-speed BoP but brake balance and partial suspension changes are allowed.
There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions. There is also a penalty for cutting the pit lane lines so be sure to stay on the correct side when you make your stop!
