PUBG: BATTLEGROUNDS is teaming up with Porsche for its latest event, adding some serious horsepower to the game. The famous German sports car brand is dropping three of its most well-known vehicles into the Battlegrounds as special skins. This new collaboration also features a new Crafter Pass, workshop items, and exclusive in-game events.
Meet the New Porsche Lineup
Players can now swap the look of their regular in-game rides for these new, detailed Porsche models. The event includes three special skins that change the appearance of familiar PUBG vehicles:
- Panamera Turbo S: This luxury sedan brings innovative performance and comfort, replacing the Dacia and Mirado. It even features a functional Active Rear Wing that deploys at high speeds and a panoramic sunroof.
- 911 Carrera GTS: The quintessential sports car, the 911 replaces the Coupe RB, combining thrilling performance with everyday practicality.
- Cayenne Turbo GT: This high-performance SUV, which reskins the Blanc, Zima, Pickup, and UAZ, proves that versatility can still have racing DNA.
These are "Special Vehicle Skins," which means they faithfully change the vehicle's appearance and sounds (including custom boost effects), but maintain the original vehicle's HP, performance, and handling to ensure that game balance remains the same.
How to Get the Keys: Crafter Pass & Workshop
Unlocking these vehicles is handled through a new event-specific progression system. The main method is the Crafter Pass: Porsche, available for $11.99. This pass allows players to earn "Porsche Tokens" and "Porsche Loot Caches" by completing missions.
These tokens are the main currency for the event and can be spent in the Workshop via the "Special Crafting" tab. Here, players can directly craft the vehicle skins, exclusive paint jobs, license plates, and other themed cosmetics.
The Panamera skin, for example, costs 5,000 tokens, while the 911 and Cayenne cost 3,000 and 2,000, respectively. Players can also buy Loot Cache Packs directly from the store to acquire more tokens.
This is a limited-time event. The PC event runs from November 5 to December 3, with tokens expiring on December 8. Console players can participate from November 13 to December 11, with their tokens expiring on December 16.
Show Off Your Ride
To celebrate the collaboration, players who own a Porsche skin can access an exclusive Porsche Container on the starting islands of most maps. Only the skin owner and their teammates can interact with the container to spawn and drive the car before the match begins.
Furthermore, two special events are running alongside the collab. "The Collector" event rewards players who acquire all three Porsche skins with an exclusive "Backstreet Garage" custom lobby skin. KRAFTON is also hosting a web event, a Lucky Draw, where players can earn tickets by equipping skins and playing. The grand prize is an invitation and travel support for two to PUBG UNITED 2025 in Bangkok.
