The opening round of the 2022 season took place in Aragon's Motorland circuit. Motorland hosts the first of two Superbike rounds in Spain in 22. Motorland has hosted Superbikes every year since 2011, almost when the circuit first opened.

Assen is one of the most historically significant circuits in motorbike racing history. So, it's no surprise that the Dutch delight of a track hosts a Superbike round in 2022. Assen has hosted SBK since 1992.

Estoril, Portugal

The first of two rounds of SBK in Portugal takes place at Estoril. Estoril hasn't hosted the series much, but has seemingly got a permanent spot on the calendar since 2020.

Misano, Italy

Italy has some of the best racing circuits in the world and Misano is no exception. Misano hosts round 4 of the 2022 championship, the most recent round as of the time of writing.

Donington, UK

Although it's lost its MotoGP spot to Silverstone, Donington still hosts some big racing series, including SBK. The circuit located in rural England has some thrilling corners and can be enjoyed via MotoGP 22's Historical content.

Most, Czechia

When people think of Czech motorcycle circuits, Brno normally comes to mind first. With the track still being renovated though, Most has stepped up to take its place.

Magny-Cours, France

The final European round of the season takes us to the sunny Algarve in Portugal. The circuito do Algarve is a real fan-favourite since being on the calendar on and off since 2008.

San Juan Villicum, Argentina

The Circuito San Juan Villicum is a new circuit in Argentina and has hosted SBK since it opened in 2018.

Mandailika, Indonesia

A brand-new circuit in world motorsport, Mandailika hosted its first MotoGP round this year and will also host its first Superbike round in November. This is a street circuit, but it isn't slow, being far more open than most.

What will also be a challenge will be the track's heat, as Indonesia's jungle heat melts tyres.

Philip Island, Australia

The season-ending round of the SBK championship in 2022 is Philip Island in Australia. We have sorely missed this venue, it's proper oldschool, with no run off and searingly fast corners throughout its layout.
