Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Year 1 Roadmap revealed

With the big release of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown just days away, the developers have revealed the post-launch content players can expect.

In a recent post on X, KT Racing shares a video on the coming game. According to Alain Jarniou, creative director of KT Racing, Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown is not a game that is designed to stop living after its launch as it will receive a ton of upgrades over the coming years.

TDU's road ahead

Season 1 of Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown will go live with its general release on September 12 and feature a new Solar Pass along with live events.

Participation in these solar events will get you solar points, which you can use to progress your pass. With the first season, players will be able to join clans and play with the hopes of becoming the clan leader by completing various in-game missions.

The second season will bring the “first major upgrade” and will drop on December 24, 2024.

Another island

Season 2 sees players head to Ibiza! This new area will also come with live events and is a huge surprise to players who were not expecting this. As for the third season (second major upgrade), things get interesting with a clan war between two islands, Hong Kong island and Ibiza, and it will be available on March 24th, 2025 with 30 levels to play.

The last season, to launch June 25th, 2025, will bring the third major upgrade to the game along with the “return of the casino” bringing 50 levels to play through.

This is the roadmap of the coming Test Drive Unlimited Solar Crown Year 1 game. The developers are already working on Year 2 which they promise will come with a ton of new and improved features.
