The Crew Motorfest Beta starts this weekend. This is the first chance that console players will have to play The Crew Motorfest and the last chance for PC players to give it a try before release day.
How do you sign up for The Crew Motorfest's closed beta, though? And what will be available to you when you boot the in-development game up for the first time?
We've got everything you need to know about The Crew Motorfest Beta right here!
The Crew Motorfest Beta
After the success of The Crew Motorfest's Insider Program, Ivory Tower is stepping up player involvement in the development of their game.
The Insider Program allowed players to test the game in alpha development, but Ivory Tower has put that feedback to good use for the beta. This is the final stage before the game's full release date on 14th September.
Ubisoft has been quite open about The Crew Motorfest so far, saying that player feedback has been used to improve the game's handling model and other gameplay elements.
The Crew Motorfest's closed beta takes place between 21 and 23 July. Players on PC, Xbox Series X | S and PlayStation 5 can all take part.
How to access The Crew Motorfest beta
For a chance to play The Crew Motorfest beta, you can sign up here. If you are successful, you will receive an email with a code. Redeem it by entering the code via Ubisoft's submission form here.
You will then receive another email with a code to redeem on your chosen platform, whether it's PS5, Xbox Series X|S or PC.
If you signed up for the Insider Program, you'll automatically be in with a shot of playing the beta too. Your save won't carry over if you want to get a head start when the game launches though, sadly.
This will also be the first opportunity we'll get to see actual gameplay from Motorfest, as players will be able to livestream their time playing the game. Previously for the Insider Program, gamers had to sign an NDA prior to taking part.
Gamers on the old-gen systems of the PS4 and Xbox One won't be able to take part in the beta. However, these systems will have Motorfest available on release day later this year.
