Season 8 of The Crew Motorfest will kick off what appears to be an absolute belter of a Year 3 for the racer. Highlights for the season are deeper modifications, a return to street racing culture, and plenty of BMW beasts, including the first-ever appearance of the G87 BMW M2 CS.
There is plenty to unpack here, so here is everything you need to know about The Crew Motorfest's upcoming Season 8.
The Crew Motorfest Season 8 Release Date
The Crew Motorfest Season 8 will go live on November 5, 2025. It'll last for nearly four months before Season 9 begins on March 4 next year.
The Crew Motorfest Season 8 Playlists

Season 8 of The Crew Motorfest will add two new Playlists, Street Riders and a BMW-themed one that celebrates the brand's legacy, similar to the Ferrari Playlists we had this season.
Street Riders
Street Riders will have you step into "an offbeat underground scene where the streets set the rules." The Playlist is all about street racing culture and is reminiscent of EA's Need for Speed.
It won't just add another set of rinse-and-repeat lap races, however. There will be two unique gameplay twists.
Matching its theme of street racing, it'll give you an option to bet before the race. You'll get certain challenges like driving with no assists. Accept it and win bigger if you end up going all the way through. Declining it does not affect anything and just means a lower payout.
The playlist will also see a new race type called Free Race. You choose your own road here between checkpoints with no GPS, no path. Identify the shortest turn yourself and finish the race first to win.
BMW-themed Playlist
The BMW-themed Playlist is about as you'd expect, diving deep into the brand's legacy and its lasting impact on both automotive history and street culture. The stories that have shaped Bavarian manufacturer's reputation across generations will be guided by Marc Thiesbürger from BMW Group Classic.
Like in the past, the second Playlists are not released right at the start of the update. The BMW Playlist is scheduled for a January 7, 2026, release.
