Where to watch & stream Argentina MotoGP 2023

If you're looking to find out where to watch & stream the 2023 Argentina MotoGP round, you've come to the right place! MotoGP started its record-breaking 2023 season in Portugal last week and this weekend, we head across the Atlantic to South America.

Termas de Rio Hondo has been a popular addition to the MotoGP calendar since it revived the Argentine Grand Prix in 2014. This is also the only MotoGP race in South America, so it has a unique atmosphere.

Argentina's late time zone means that the session times will be later in the day than European rounds. This shouldn't cause too much disruption though, but let's dive into the specifics right here!

The history of the Argentina MotoGP round goes back to the 1960s. However, despite a few stints in the 60s, 80s and 90s, the event never really became a regular fixture in Grand Prix motorcycle racing.

The event was eventually revived in 2014 at the new Termas de Rio Hondo, after previously being held in the capital city of Buenos Aires. Termas has been on the calendar every year since, except for 2020 and 2021 due to the pandemic.

When it comes to the most successful riders in Argentina, two famous names top the charts. Marc Marquez reigns supreme in the Termas era, with three wins to the Spaniard's name.

In the Buenos Aires era, Mick Doohan was unstoppable, with three consecutive victories between 1994 and 1998 (the race wasn't held in 1996, nor 1997).

Aleix EspargarĆ³ won last year's race, the only victory of his MotoGP career so far. Other winners on the current grid are Maverick ViƱales, with former drivers like the great Valentino Rossi taking a single victory in 2015.
