Always changing

The Treasure Chests in Forza Horizon 5 are always changing, so giving you a guide for where they are won't be too helpful here. You can check out our latest Treasure Hunt guide if you want though.

There will be a clue posted online and from that, you can try and find the online event for the treasure hunt. These aren't usually too cryptic, and you can usually look to Racinggames.gg to have info on where to go.

ON THE ROAD AGAIN: Get out and about to find the treasure for this week

Next up, you'll get a general area for where the treasure chests are this week on the map. You'll need to have a search for where these are, as most are difficult to find. They can be on top of a truck, or under a bridge in places you'd never expect. To claim the treasure chest, you just need to run into it and smash it.

Pay to win

There is a shortcut for all of this though, but it isn't free. You can purchase the Forza Horizon 5 Treasure Map DLC for £2.29 ($3). This will reveal all of the locations of the Treasure Chests, Bonus Boards and Barn Finds in FH5.

If you're someone who's pressed for time, this is the easiest way to go about completing this part of the game. However, it's more about the journey than the destination, and skipping out the exploration section of this quest arguably robs you of the most fun.
