GT7 Daily Races 16 January: Road to glory


Monday has come around once again, and with it comes the GT7 Daily Races 16 January!

The new trio of Sport Mode races offer a good range of competition this week, with some epic circuits posing quite the challenge for players.

Race A

Monza - 6 laps

The unranked race this week puts players in the McLaren P1 GTR '16 for 6 laps around the temple of speed itself.

Players will be on the Racing Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear.

A high-speed BoP will be applied to everyone, and there is light mechanical damage for the race.

There are also shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions. This race also has a grid start so expect chaos at turn 1!

Race B

Road Atlanta - 6 laps

The first ranked race of the week takes us to the excellent Road Atlanta for a Gr.4 race.

The 6-lap race will feature a 16-car field using a rolling start, so be sure to qualify well to avoid starting waaaay back.

You will be on the Racing Hard tyre with just 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear.

A mid-speed BoP is applied and there is light mechanical damage. There are also shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions.

Race C

Nurburgring GP - 10 laps

The final race of the week is an absolutely stellar one. The 10-lap Gr.3 race around the Nurburgring GP circuit includes a mandatory pitstop and some tricky rates.

You have to use both the Racing Hard and Racing Medium tyre compounds in this one, and have 3x fuel consumption and 7x tyre wear to worry about.

Once again the 16-car field uses a rolling start so qualifying is key.
