GT7 Daily Races 20 March: Exploring the forests


A new set of races has arrived for players to enjoy, it's the GT7 Daily Races 20 March! This week Polyphony is giving us a trio of classic tracks to compete on with one in America and two in Europe.

There as some all-time great combos to be used in Sport Mode this week, so let's see exactly where you will be racing this week!

Race A

Watkins Glen - Short - 8 laps

This week's unranked race is a Gr.4 spin around the short course of Watkins Glen. Players will be on the Racing Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and 1x tyre wear.

The 12-car field will use a rolling start, so be sure to get a qualifying lap in.

A mid-speed BoP will be applied to every car, and as usual your DR and SR will not be impacted by performance in this race.

There is light mechanical damage and normal track limits for the race. This is along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions.

Race B

Spa-Francorchamps - 4 laps

The first ranked race of the week takes us to Spa in Gr.2 cars for a four-lap race.

Players will be on the Racing Soft tyres, with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear for the race. The 16-car field will be using a rolling start again, so be sure to qualify if you don't want to start miles back.

Players will be using a high-speed BoP and your DR & SR will be impacted by performance.

There is light mechanical damage and normal track limits for the race. This is along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions.

Race C

Deep Forest - Reverse - 14 laps

The final race this week is a long one, with 14 laps around Deep Forest Reverse in Gr.3 cars. Players will have to use both the Racing Hard and Racing Medium tyres, so a pitstop is required.

There is 2x fuel consumption and 7x tyre wear for this race, so strategic thinking and smooth driving will be key.

A mid-speed BoP will be applied to every car, with your DR & SR being impacted by performance.

There is light mechanical damage and normal track limits for the race. This is along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions. There is also a penalty for pit lane line cutting so be sure to stay the correct side when entering and exiting the pits.
