Monday brings a new set of GT7 Daily Races, but that's not all that is coming this week in Gran Turismo 7.

After getting no update in December, we will finally get Update 1.42 this week following the usual teaser tweet from Kazunori Yamauchi. Before we get there though, there is a trio of Sport Mode races to go through.

Race A

Lago Maggiore - West - 4 laps

The first race of the week is once again only half-unranked, or half-ranked if you want. This race sees players take on four laps of the west course of Lago Maggiore in the Porsche Spyder type 550/150RS '55.

Everyone will be on the Comfort Soft tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. The 12-car field will use a grid start to begin the race.

Each car will use a mid-speed BoP, with no further adjustments allowed. While SR is on for this race, DR is switched off.

There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.

Race B

Road Atlanta - 5 laps

The first fully ranked race of the week takes players to the awesome Road Atlanta for five laps in Gr.4 cars.

Everyone will be on the Racing Hard tyre, with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. The 16-car field will use a rolling start, so be sure to get a qualifying lap in our you will be starting way behind the leaders.

Every car will use a mid-speed BoP, with brake balance adjustments allowed. Both DR & SR are switched on for this race, so be fast and keep it clean.

There is light mechanical damage, along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.

Race C

Autopolis - 7 laps

The final race this week is a seven-lapper at Autopolis, but once again we are in a specific car. This time it's the Toyota GR86 RZ '21.

Everyone will be on the Sports Soft tyre, with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. The 16-car will use a grid start.

Each car will again be using a mid-speed BoP, with no further adjustments permitted. DR & SR are on for this race as well.

Mechanical damage is set to heavy for this race, so keep any contact to a minimum. There are also light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other players.
