The best form of local multiplayer is by far split-screen. Each player can see their own point of view of the race, including which friend took them out on the final corner. Luckily, Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 - Turbocharged supports split-screen multiplayer, allowing players to enjoy heated head-to-head battles.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 - Turbocharged supports local multiplayer for up to two players in split-screen, with AI opponents filling the rest of the grid. To enable split-screen, you need to connect both controllers to either your PC or console.
Once connected, head into the game and select the ‘Multiplayer’ option. Then select ‘Split Screen’, before choosing the game mode you want to play.

Hot Wheels Unleashed 2 - Turbocharged also supports a two-player co-op. This allows two players to enjoy the game’s story mode, although sadly not via split-screen.
