MotoGP 23 is launching on PC this June. This year's game marks the tenth anniversary of MotoGP games developed by Milestone, with this year's instalment bringing several new highly requested features.
Arguably the most impressive version of MotoGP 23 will be on the PC. This is due to the best potential specs being available version.
But what are the MotoGP 23 PC system requirements? Here's everything you need to know right here!
MotoGP 23 PC
MotoGP 23 introduces a new career mode featuring a fictional social media where you can interact with rivals. Your rivals will change their behaviour on the track based on these social media interactions.
Dynamic weather also features for the first time, making races more unpredictable. Heavy rainstorms will result in Flag-to-Flag races allowing you to pit and change bikes mid-race to gain an advantage.
Another new headline feature is the introduction of cross-play multiplayer. Unfortunately, however, MotoGP 23 won't support cross-play on PC. Only the PlayStation and Xbox versions will benefit from cross-play multiplayer racing.
Depending on your setup, you should be able to play MotoGP 23 in full 4K resolution and up to 120 fps. With so many different PC setups out there, it's impossible to say what exactly the game will look like on yours.
Price
Pricing details for the MotoGP 23 PC game are not available yet.
MotoGP 22 cost around Ā£39.99 when it launched on Steam last year. The PC version of MotoGP is always cheaper than consoles, so it would be on form for Milestone to retail the game at that price on Steam again.
System requirements
With PCs, there is no standard model to base the game on. That's why we get generalised system requirements from the game developers.
Milestone hasn't announced the MotoGP 23 PC system requirements yet. However, we do have the specs for MotoGP 22 thanks to its Steam page.
Recommended system requirements
These are the recommended settings your system needed to have to play last year's game:
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit or later
- Processor: Intel Core i3-4160 (2 * 3600) - AMD FX-4350 (4 * 4200) or equivalent
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GT 640 (2048 VRAM) - Radeon R7 250 (2048 VRAM) or equivalent
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 30 GB available space
Minimum system requirements
If your machine isn't up to those standards though, don't worry, the minimum settings are much more achievable:
- Requires a 64-bit processor and operating system
- OS: Windows 8.1 64-Bit or later
- Processor: Intel Core i5-7600K (4 * 3800) - AMD FX-9590 (8 * 4700) or equivalent
- Memory: 8 GB RAM
- Graphics: GeForce GTX 1050 Ti (4096 VRAM) - Radeon RX 580 (8192 VRAM) or equivalent
- DirectX: Version 11
- Storage: 30 GB available space
If your gaming PC can't achieve the performance above, then you won't be able to play MotoGP 23. MotoGP 23's system requirements may increase from last year, but it's not clear how much yet.
Release date
The announcement trailer has confirmed the MotoGP 23 release date.
This year's MotoGP game is arriving later than usual. Past MotoGP games launched in April after being announced in February. That's not the case for MotoGP 23, though.
Instead, MotoGP 23 will release on 8 June 2023 for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
