Need For Speed Unbound has been officially confirmed, but will it be on the Xbox game pass? We've got everything you need to know right here!
Will Need for Speed Unbound be on game pass?
Xbox Game Pass has been a revolution for Xbox gamers. Those who prefer to play on Microsoft's home systems are treated to an extensive library of video games to play for a monthly subscription fee.
Microsoft have been stepping up recently by expanding this collection and including new releases too. This has even included the recent Forza Horizon 5, making it a very affordable game for those with the pass.
It would be amazing if Microsoft included Need for Speed Unbound on Game Pass. However, that's sadly not going to happen for this title, as it's not made by a developer owned by Microsoft.
But, saying that, there is a way to play Need for Speed Unbound for less.
Criterion are developing Unbound and they are owned by EA. EA have their own online gaming store, EA Play. Those that purchase Unbound through the EA Play Store can get Unbound for £7.99 less than the standard retail price.
EA Play costs £3.99 per month, so the saving more than makes up for it. However, you will need to keep your subscription after your first month if you're wanting to play the game after a month.
The plus side though is that all EA games are available via EA Play, so if you're a fan of the likes of Battlefield and the Formula 1 games, it's worth looking into.
