Assetto Corsa Competizione is renowned as one of the best racing simulations. And it keeps getting better with DLC.
Following the Challengers Pack and American Track Pack, Assetto Corsa Competizione players are looking forward to the next DLC bringing new cars from the 2023 GT World Challenge season plus a new track.
Now, after drip-feeding us with new car reveals over the last few weeks, Kunos Simulazioni has revealed the full contents of the 2023 GT World Challenge DLC coming to Steam next week.
New cars
The 2023 GT World Challenge DLC will contain three incredible GT3 cars. These are the Ferrari 296 GT3, the Porsche 911 GT3 R 992 and the Lamborghini Huracan GT3 Evo2.
As they are based on cars from the 2023 season, each car will sport liveries from the 2023 GT World Challenge Europe series.
Circuit Ricardo Tormo coming to Assetto Corsa Competizione
Assetto Corsa Competizione 2023 GT World Challenge DLC won’t just include new cars, however.
Kunos Simulazioni has announced that Circuit Ricardo Tormo will join Assetto Corsa Competizione’s track roster as part of the DLC alongside the three GT3 racers.
Based in Cheste, Spain, Circuit Ricardo Tormo hosts the GT World Challenge as well as MotoGP and Formula E races. Presumably, the DLC will include the 2.489-mile-long Grand Prix layout of the circuit used in the 2023 GT World Challenge series.
Release date
PC players don’t have to wait long for Assetto Corsa Competizione’s next DLC to drop: the 2023 GT World Challenge DLC is coming to Steam on 19 April.
Pricing is yet to be announced, but Assetto Corsa Competizione DLC packs usually cost between £10 and £15.
Unfortunately, there’s no word yet on when or if the GT World Challenge DLC is coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X|S. However, it should arrive a few months later based on previous DLC packs, so it will hopefully come to consoles later this year.
