Assetto Corsa, and it's younger sibling, Assetto Corsa Competizione, are both staple titles for sim racers around the globe.
The games frequently receive updates, with ACC, naturally, receiving them more often.
This time, the latest update adds some exciting cosmetic content that all players will be excited to see in the game. Let's take a look now!
New liveries
Assetto Corsa Competizione is somewhat limited in the content it can add due to the nature of the game in the first place.
As such, additions like new liveries are a big deal, especially when they belong to a series as prestigious as the GT World Challenge.
That's right, all of the GT World Challenge liveries are now in the game. This means you can represent your team in digital form on track now as well!
The update is available now through Steam, with a console update of the same nature arriving soon.
Other changes
The update adds some other exciting features to the game. These changes affect everything from the UI of the game to the physics.
Excitingly, for those on PC, the max framerate cap has been increased. This means your game will now be even smoother.
There are also some minor physics fixes for certain vehicles, as well as further revisions to the UI to perfect the game that slight bit more.
Assetto Corsa 2
The next Assetto Corsa title is now confirmed to have a release window in 2024, as shown by a financial report from earlier this year.
This means players will have a fair wait until they'll get their hands on the new game.
However, at least we now know a new game is in the works. We can't wait to see what incredible new features the team comes up with.
