The six cars that were released with the recent Assetto Corsa EVO update are:

  • Audi R8 LMS GT4 Evo
  • Ferrari 296 GT3
  • Ferrari 288 GTO
  • Ford Mustang GT3
  • Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV
  • Porsche 992 GT3 R Rennsport

The Ferraris were the first confirmed cars for the update, as Kunos Simulazioni drip-fed one car reveal every other week. Ferrari 296 is the first car under the brand name to feature six cylinders.

GT3’s twin-turbo V6 is accompanied by the much older Ferrari 288 GTO, which produces around 395 bhp from its twin-turbo V8.

The Lamborghini Countach LP5000 QV is another classic supercar. The '80s icon and its wedge-shaped design were made for posters.

The Audi R8 GT4 was the last of the cars confirmed for the update. Powered by a naturally aspirated V10 engine, it represents the entry point into serious GT racing.

Outside of the cars, the other highlight for the update is Sebring International Raceway and self-hosted server support. Of course, there are plenty of bug fixes and other tweaks to physics and handling.

Looking ahead, the most anticipated content for the racer is the open-world mode, scheduled to launch this year before the 1.0 release.

That's everything about the cars in the Assetto Corsa EVO v0.6 update. We will keep you posted on future content as it's revealed.
