CarX Drift Racing Online has been trialling its 2.12.0 update for the past few months. This has been via its PTR updates, where players have been able to test out new elements that CarX Technologies has been wanting to bring to the game.
After all this time and four versions of the PTR going live, 2.12.0 is finally here! Here's everything you need to know about the latest patch.
New playgrounds and cars
After a lot of testing, Modello Park has now gone live to all players of CarX. There are a grand total of six new cars as well, as well as an update to the Wellington S20. These new cars are the following and are the CarX versions of the real-life cars that are written next to them:
- Equator D - Infiniti G35
- Interstate - Pontiac Firebird
- Hummel - Porsche 911
- Kitsune - Honda NSX
- Rattlesnake - Dodge Viper
- Grace GT - Toyota Yaris GR
It's not just new and improved cars either, we've also got new body kit versions added for several cars too. In addition to these improvements, there is also a new loading screen, as well as new tracks for the soundtrack and better support for the PS5's DualSense controller.
If you want a rundown of all the improvements included in 2.12.0, we've got you covered below!
