Maybe the best track in the game needs a good setup, here's our F1 22 Belgium setup!
Spa-Francorchamps is perhaps the most iconic and recognisable circuit in the world thanks to its epic corners and amazing setting.
This setup has been updated for patch 1.06 handling change
F1 22 Belgium setup
Modern F1 cars don't need much aerodynamic performance at Spa despite its many flowing corners.
Instead, we are going for a super-skinny setup that will let racers fly up the Kemmel straight and through Blanchimont.
Aerodynamics
We have trimmed as much wing level as possible here.
We've gone with 8-5 for the wings which are very low but creates lap time.

Transmission
This part of the setup is all about getting power through the rear wheels and into the asphalt.
We've gone with 60% on-throttle differential to help keep the rear in-line as you accelerate out of corners (just watch out for the final corner!).
The 53% off-throttle differential helps create rotation in the car.
Suspension geometry
The suspension geometry meta hasn't changed much from last year.
That means -2.50 on the front camber and -1.00 on the rear, along with 0.05 for front toe and 0.20 for the rear toe.
Suspension
Suspension is a very personal part of the setup, but this one should let you get the most from your time in the Ardennes forest.
We've gone with 5-1 on the suspension and 6-1 for the anti-roll bar.
This creates a very stable car that can live with the lack of downforce through this track.
That's thanks to the rake we create with a 7-4 ride height. This will let you stay slippy down the straights and ride the few kerbs that you should be touching in Spa.
Brakes
Stopping power is always good, and very necessary for Spa.
We've gone with maximum stopping power thanks to the 100% brake pressure and 50% brake bias. If you find you are locking up too much then drop the pressure by a few points.
Tyres
The 18" Pirelli tyres are tricky to get used to.
We've found success at Spa with 23.0 psi on the front tyres and 21.5 psi for the rears.
We are constantly testing and updating our setups, so bookmark this page and check back regularly!
