One of the most highly requested features, Codemasters finally introduced crossplay multiplayer in F1 23. As expected, F1 24 also supports crossplay multiplayer, but how do you enable it?
Our guide will show you where to find F1 24’s crossplay settings and how to enable it so you can race with players on any platform.
What is crossplay?
Crossplay enables players to race online regardless of what platform they are using. This means you can still race with friends even if they are playing on a different platform. For example, if you are playing F1 24 on PS5 but your friend has the Xbox Series X|S or PC version, you can still play online.
F1 24 supports crossplay on all platforms including PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC. However, this only works if you have crossplay enabled, so how do you enable it?
How to enable crossplay in F1 24
When you boot up F1 24 for the first time, you’ll be asked if you want to enable crossplay. If you accidentally select no or change your mind, this setting is easy to change.
