Forza Horizon 5 Explore the Horizon Spring: Festival Playlist, reward cars, Photo Challenge, Treasure Hunt

It’s the final season of Explore the Horizon Series. Forza Horizon 5’s latest Spring Festival Playlist brings a fresh set of challenges to conquer and new cars to add to your garage, including an incredible 1,000-hp electric pickup new to Forza.

From the challenges to the reward cars, here’s a full rundown of the Forza Horizon 5 Explore the Horizon Spring Festival Playlist.

Forza Horizon 5 Explore the Horizon Spring

Forza Horizon 5 Explore the Horizon Spring starts on 15 June at 3:30 pm BST / 10:30 am ET. You then have until 22 June 3:30 pm BST / 10:30 am ET to complete every challenge and collect every reward.

This week’s Season Progress reward cars are the GMC Hummer EV Truck (20 points) and Morris Traveller (40 points).

With over 1,000 horsepower, the GMC Hummer EV Truck is new to Forza. However, it’s only available during the Explore the Horizon Spring playlist from 15-22 June, so don’t miss your chance to add it to your collection.

This is also your last chance to earn enough points to claim the end-of Season reward cars: the Wuling Sunshine (80 points) and Audi RS 7 '21 (160 points).

Reward cars

There are six more reward cars to unlock in this week’s playlist. It’s another eclectic mix of vehicles this week, including an off-road buggy, a 1990s super saloon and a high-performance estate.

Complete The Trial, and the 2018 MINI X-Raid John Cooper Works Buggy is yours. You can also win the 1990 Mercedes-Benz 190E 2.5-16 Evolution II in this week’s Event Lab and the 2018 Dodge Durango SRT in this week’s Playground Games event.

Conquering the Seasonal Championships unlocks two rugged off-roaders: the 2006 Hummer H1 Alpha and 2018 Land Rover Range Rover Velar First Edition. You can also get the 2015 Land Rover Range Rover Sport SVR by completing The Eliminator challenge.

In addition to new cars, you can collect two Super Wheelspins in the main Festival Playlist. Smash ten Donkey cut-outs in Tierra Próspera, and you’ll also win a Farid Rueda's Bear Relaxed Fit Tee for your avatar.

Expansion rewards

There are no additional reward cars for Hot Wheels or Rally Adventure expansion players this week. Instead, completing the Rally Adventure Speed Zone challenge wins you a Super Wheelspin. You also get a Reaper Cackle Car Horn for winning the Seasonal Championship.

As for the Hot Wheels expansion, another Super Wheelspin is the prize for completing the Speed Zone, while the Jump on It emote is the Seasonal Championship reward.

Photo Challenge: #FlutterBy

In this week’s FlutterBy Photo Challenge, you need to take a wildlife photograph near the camera equipment to the North West of Hotel Mirador Balderrama.

Unlike most Photo Challenges, you don’t need a specific car. All you need to do is track down the camera equipment in this location and snap a photo next to it. Your reward is the Farid Rueda's Bear Tank Top for your avatar.

Treasure Hunt: H' Marks the Spot

Treasure Hunt Challenges in the Explore the Horizon series are trickier than usual. To find the treasure, you have to complete three Pathfinder trials. These can be found on the Evolving World Accolades page. Find the treasure, and you’ll bag 250,000 credits, so it’s worth the effort.
