It’s a big week for Forza Horizon 5 fans. Players have been waiting patiently for the first expansion to release. Thankfully, the wait ends tomorrow with the release of the Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels expansion.
Ahead of the release, Playground Games has revealed the full Hot Wheels expansion map, giving a first look at the diverse locations we'll be exploring.
Forza Horizon 5 Hot Wheels Expansion map
Shared on the official Forza Horizon social media accounts, the image shows the Hot Wheels Expansion will be divided into four distinct locations: Giant's Canyon, Ice Cauldron, Forest Falls, and Horizon Nexus, with the latter located in the centre of the map containing a Horizon Outpost.
Each island is connected with networks of orange Hot Wheels tracks set in the clouds.
Videos have also shown you’ll be able to venture off the Hot Wheels tracks and drive around specific sections of each island. There’s no shortage of variety, with tracks featuring new gravity-defying magnet sections as well as ice and water flumes.
As expected, the large map contains a host of new PR Stunts, bonus boards, and missions, as well as a new five-part Horizon Story to complete to keep you busy for hours. In addition, the expansion includes 80 new track and stunt pieces for EventLab and 28 new achievements for a total of 500 Gamerscore.
