As Forza Motorsportās release gets closer, Turn 10 is gradually revealing the track list. After confirming that Road America is returning, Turn 10 has revealed a brand new fictional circuit for Forza Motorsport called Eaglerock Speedway, revealed in a short video.
This brand new oval circuit is one of 20 locations Forza Motorsport will feature at launch.
New Eaglerock Speedway track revealed for Forza Motorsport
The video showcases the 2020 Audi RS 3 tearing up the new circuit. Previously unannounced, Audiās turbocharged saloon is also a new addition to Forza Motorsportās car list, though you can already drive it in Forza Horizon 5.
Spanning 1.64 kilometres (1.01 miles), Eaglerock Speedway has an oval layout with two miles rather than a D-shaped one. It may also have multiple layouts. It looks like an ideal circuit to race single-seaters at high speed.
So far, the only other confirmed new fictional circuit is Circuit Hakone set in Japan shown in previous trailers.
Forza Motorsport track list
The reveal of Eaglerock Speedway comes after Turn 10 confirmed Road America is returning, bringing the total number of confirmed Forza Motorsport tracks to 14 out of 20. Five of these are brand new to the Forza Motorsport series such as the Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit in South Africa.
Other returning tracks include Spa, Laguna Seca Raceway, Maple Valley, and Road America.
With only 20 locations, Forza Motorsport will have fewer tracks at launch than Forza Motorsport 7, which featured 33 locations. In the July Forza Monthly stream, Creative Director Chris Esaki emphasised that Forza Motorsport will focus on circuit racing.
As a result, fantasy tracks from previous games were removed because they donāt meet Turn 10ās vision of a āclean, competitive racing experience.ā
While they wonāt be in Forza Motorsport at launch, Esaki hinted that some of the missing tracks may be added in future updates. You can view every confirmed Forza Motorsport track so far here.
