Every year, the PlayStation Wrap Up shows players their top five most-played games of the year along with statistics like how many trophies they earned. You may be surprised to find out how many hours you’ve invested into your favourite games this year.
As one of 2022’s most popular PlayStation games, this year’s PlayStation Wrap Up has revealed some interesting global Gran Turismo 7 community statistics.
Gran Turismo 7 players drove 13 billion miles in 2022
According to this year’s PlayStation Wrap Up, GT7 players have driven a staggering 13 billion miles. As GTPlanet notes, this means players have driven 45.8 million miles every day — enough to drive to the sun and back in just over four days.
If you’re wondering how this compares to GT Sport, it took around a year and a half for players to rack up over eight billion miles. GT7’s player mileage is already nearly three times higher in just eight months.
In addition, the PlayStation Wrap Up also revealed that GT7 players have created over one million liveries and collected 212 million cars.
GT7 players have also completed another activity 369 million times. The PlayStation Wrap Up doesn’t say what this activity is, but it could be the number of races completed this year.
