Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.51 Landing This Week

After not getting any information about a September Update to Gran Turismo 7, we are now expecting new content to arrive later this week.

The standard teaser tweak from Polyphony boss Kazunori Yamauchi has let everyone know that a fresh update will land in GT7 this week.

Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.51 Release Date

Gran Turismo 7 Update 1.51 should arrive around 8am Thursday October 3.

There is planned maintenance for Gran Turismo 7 starting at 7am BST on Thursday October 3, lasting until 9am BST.

During this period only "Arcade Race" will be available to players. The full changelog should also become available during this time.

New Content

Kaz's usual silhouette tweet was expected last weekend, but instead we woke up to it on Saturday September 28.

This tweet showed off three cars. On the left appears to be a Mitsubishi Lancer Evo of some description. We recently got the Evo IX, so this could be a VII or VIII.

The car on the right looks like a Nissan GT-R, while at the back is likely some sort of Toyota HiAce that can be added to the Toyota HiMedic that arrived in a previous update.
