Christmas is nearly here but Gran Turismo 7 keeps rolling out Sport Mode changes every week. This week sees us head to two famous motorsport venues with tricky challenges ahead.
There's also a tuning challenge for players to sink their teeth into this week, and perhaps a December update on the way too. So let's dive into this week's GT7 Daily Races!
Race A
Nurburgring - Nordschleife - 1 lap
The first race this week takes us to the Nordschleife for a one-lap tuning challenge. There are 10 cars players can pick from for this one, they are:
- Ferrari F40 '92
- Toyota Supra RZ '97
- Mercedes-Benz SLR McLaren '09
- Lexus LFA '10
- Porsche 911 GT3 (997) '09
- BMW M3 '07
- Honda NSX Type R '92
- Jaguar XJ220 '92
- Lamborghini Diablo GT '00
- Mazda RX-7 Spirit R Type A (FD) '02
It's very early still but it looks like the 911 GT3 is the best car to take. Everyone will be using the Sports Medium tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear and there is a grid start for the race.
As mentioned, there is no BoP for this race, with players able to tune their car at will. There is no PP limit either so head to GT Auto and get upgrading.
DR is off for this race, but SR is on which will be tricky given the narrow confines of the Nordschleife.
There is light mechanical damage along with light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other players.
Race B
Brands Hatch - GP circuit - 5 laps
The first fully-ranked race of the day takes players to Brands Hatch for five laps in Gr.4 cars.
The 16-car field will use a rolling start, and everyone will be on the Racing Hard tyre. There is 1x fuel consumption and 1x tyre wear in this race.
Everyone will be on a low-speed BoP, with brake balance adjustments allowed. Both DR & SR are switched on for the race, with light mechanical damage. There are also light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars.
Race C
Sardegna - Road Track A - 10 laps
The final race of the week is a great one, with Gr.3 cars around the Road Track A layout of Sardegna.
The 16-car field will use a rolling start while the race requires the use of both Racing Medium & Soft tyres, and has 2x fuel consumption and 6x tyre wear.
Everyone will use a high-speed BoP, but partial suspension changes and brake balance adjustments are allowed. Both DR & SR are impacted by your performance in this race, and there is light mechanical damage in the race.
There are also light shortcut penalties and penalties for collisions with other cars. You can also be penalised for cutting the pit lane lines so be sure to stay on the correct side when making your stop.
