A new week has arrived and with it a new set of GT7 Daily Races. It's also the end of the month, which means we are expecting Update 1.36 to arrive soon.
We're also counting the days until the Gran Turismo movie arrives, making it a very good time for GT fans everywhere. This week, Sport Mode is taking us on a road trip to a trio of epic American tracks.
Race A
Grand Valley - South - 5 laps
The unranked race this week takes us to Grand Valley for a five lap race around the South layout.
The 12-car field will use a grid start and the Racing Hard tyre, with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. Players have a selection of a few Gr.4 cars to choose from in this race. You can use:
- GT-R Gr.4
- WRX Gr.4
- Atenza Gr.4
- G70 Gr.4
- Huracan Gr.4
- Lancer Evo Final Gr.4
- 155 2.5 V6 TI '93
- Veyron Gr.4
Everyone will be using a mid-speed BoP, but brake balance tweaks are allowed. DR & SR will not be impacted by your performance in this race.
There is light mechanical damage along with light shortcut penalties and light wall collision penalties. There are also penalties for collisions with other players.
Race B
Daytona Road Course - 4 laps
The first ranked race of the week takes players to Daytona for four laps of Gr.3 racing.
Players will be on the Racing Hard tyre with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. The 16-car field will use a rolling start.
Everyone will be using a high-speed BoP, with the ability to tweak brake balance. DR & SR are on for this race, meaning that your performance will impact your rankings.
There is light mechanical damage and light shortcut penalties in this race, along with penalties for collisions.
Race C
Road Atlanta - 13 laps
The final race of the week is a special one. We're off to Road Atlanta for 13 laps in the SR3 SL '13 Radical. This track toy will be on the Sports Hard tyres with 1x fuel consumption and tyre wear. The 16-car field will be using a grid start.
Despite only one tyre compound along with normal wear & fuel rates, there IS a mandatory pit stop in this race.
Everyone will be on a mid-speed BoP, but this time not even brake balance can be changed. SR & DR are impacted in this race.
There is light mechanical damage and shortcut penalties in this race, along with penalties for collisions. There is also a penalty for pit lane line cutting so be sure to remain on the correct side of the line!
