When you spend a year glued to the back of the grid, it's only natural to want to be first out of the blocks the next year.
Haas has taken the plunge and been the first team to unveil their 2022 livery and show fans just what they can expect in the races, and the upcoming F1 2022 game.
Meet the new Haas, same as the old Haas
Not much has changed for Haas' livery this year.
It's still rocking the "not a Russian flag, we promise" colour scheme and the Uralkali and 1&1 sponsorships.
What it has done though, is give fans a feel for what the grid will look like this year when the cars take to the Bahrain track in just a few weeks time.
The profile of the new car design is staggering, and ushers in a new era of Formula 1.
With simplified wings, wheel caps, and small front wheel covers the hope is for much closer racing than ever before.
We can't wait to see what the rest of the teams will be putting on the track, and what Codemasters will be needing to model for the latest instalment of the F1 game franchise.
