But that's not all. More content will be added to the racer post-launch. Yes, a brand-new island is also coming as DLC later.

Hot Wheels Infinite Rush Post-Launch Content Details
The finer details or the full roadmap for Hot Wheels Infinite Rush hasn't been shared by Milestone yet.
Major content confirmed for post-launch includes the Vehicle Pass and the Ferrari Expansion Pack.
Vehicle Pass
The Vehicle Pass will add 44 new Hot Wheels to the open-world racer.
Four cars will be bundled together and periodically made available across 11 packs. All that's on top of 150 vehicles in the base game.
We do not yet know the full lineup of cars part of the pass. Milestone has confirmed that it'll include Acceleracers and Highway 35 cars.
Deora II Wave Ripper and the Teku Bassline can already be spotted in the promotional materials for the base game, so there should be a good, diverse lineup of wheels that'll be expanded on with the DLC.
The Vehicle Pass can be purchased separately or with the Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of the game.
Ferrari Expansion Pack
The Ferrari Expansion Pack is set to bring a brand new island themed entirely around the Italian manufacturer.
Specific details on it are not yet official, but it's described as "dedicated to the world of the Prancing Horse and its most iconic landmarks, you’ll be able to live and breathe the Ferrari atmosphere."
Eight new Ferrari cars will be part of the DLC. F40 Competizione and TESTAROSSA are the two confirmed names. You can expect the remaining six to be similarly iconic cars.
The Ferrari Expansion Pack can be purchased separately or with the Ultimate Editions of the game.
Both the Vehicle Pass and Ferrari Expansion Pack will make up the bulk of the post-launch content, at least in the first year of the open-world racer.
Of course, there likely will be some minor content updates and bug fixes in between as well.
