Gran Turismo 7 lets you customise just about every aspect, whether you want to change the controls, adjust the difficulty settings, or prioritise ray-tracing or frame rate. When it comes to distance units, you may prefer to measure with imperial or metric units. With that in mind, here’s how to change Gran Turismo 7 measurement units.
Change Gran Turismo 7 measurement units to miles or kilometres
Depending on your region, distance is measured in miles or kilometres. So if you measure in miles, it can be confusing if GT7 displays braking distances and speed in kilometres. Fortunately, it’s easy to change the measurement units in Gran Turismo 7.
All you need to do is go to the options menu by selecting the GT logo in the top left corner of the World Map and press Cross. From here, select the first Global options tab and scroll down to Units using the d-pad or analogue stick. Select Units by pressing Cross. This will bring up an options screen that lets you change the measuring distance to miles or kilometres.
Select your preferred option by using the d-pad or analogue stick and pressing Cross and your measurement units will be changed in-game. Then you’re done! Once the settings are applied, on-screen displays such as the speedometer will change to miles or kilometres depending on your preference.
