Gran Turismo Sport is an awesome title from Polyphony Digital that perfectly fills the gap while we wait for Gran Turismo 7 to drop.
So, with many players now deciding to sink some more hours into the game, many have come across issues within the game. One of those is how to test drive cars in the game.
Unfortunately, it doesn't have a built-in feature to test drive any cars. Don't worry, here's a way that you can still try before you buy!
How to test drive cars in GT Sport
Despite the fact that the built-in feature is no longer present, there is still a workaround that players can use to test drive cars that they want to purchase.
In order to use this method, the main thing you will have to do is turn off your console's internet. Under the settings tab, select network, and untick the box that says 'Connect to the Internet'.
Before you do so, you'll need to check that you have enough credits for the car that you want to test drive. Unfortunately, there's no way to do this method without having the credits first.
With the internet off, turn the game back on. You should have a red icon in the top right and bottom left of your screen. This shows that you are no longer connected to the internet, and means you have started this method correctly.
Next, buy the car you wish to test, and jump into any method of driving the vehicle. Once you are happy with your test, close the application, and restart the internet on your game.
Gran Turismo 7
The arrival of Gran Turismo 7 is still on the horizon, although it was recently announced that the release of the game will be delayed until 2022.
So for now, let’s enjoy the announcement trailer from last year and cross our fingers that the game is with us soon!
